Wristband Schedule

Please read the following printing, proofing and shipping schedule carefully.  Note that all times are in Pacific Standard Time (PST) and we are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (excluding Canadian statutory holidays).

Plain Wristbands

• For all orders submitted BEFORE 9:00 am, your plain wristband order be shipped out the same day.
• If you submit your order AFTER 9:00 am, your plain wristband order will be shipped out the following business day.

Custom Tyvek, Plastic, Vinyl, Cloth and Silicone Wristbands

Step 1) Submit your order

• For all orders submitted BEFORE 9:00 am, a digital proof will be emailed to you by the end of the business day.
• If you submit your order AFTER 9:00 am, a digital proof will be emailed to you by the end of the following business day.

Step 2) Approve your proof

• Once you have received your digital proof, please approve and finalize edits prior to 12:00 pm to have your order paid and sent to production.

Step 3) Sent to Production

• All wristband orders approved before 12:00 pm, will be sent to production with the following business day being the first day of production.

Step 4) Shipping 

• Custom tyvek wristbands will be shipped out after 4 business days of production time
• Custom full color tyvek wristbands will be shipped out after 5 business days of production time
• Custom plastic wristbands will be shipped out after 10-12 business days of production time
• Custom vinyl wristbands will be shipped out after 12-14 business days of production time
• Cloth wristbands will be shipped out after 8-12 business days of production time (varies based on quantity)
• Silicone wristbands will be shipped out after 8-10 business days of production time (varies based on imprint type selected)
